HANDKEY : Hand Punch Access Control
The HandPunch 2000 uses RSIs field-proven hand geometry biometric technology. The handkey timeclock terminal captures a three-dimensional image of the hand each time the employee punches. The hands size and the shape are used to verify their identity with unparalleled accuracy. No fingerprints or palm prints are utilized. Green and red lights notify the employee of the status of each punch. There's no question any more; employees have to be there to punch to record presence in the time systems. Two Programmable Data Management Keys could be programmed for IN and OUT entry.
 
The Handkey or HandPunch 2000 timeclock / handpunch access control device is a hand scanner and has two user-definable data management keys that let you collect data as employees punch. Common uses include attendance and time systems, department transfers, tips collected, job codes, or pay codes. Multi-level data entry sequences may be defined.
 
You can also set the data management keys to allow employees to review their past punches in the time systems. To reduce keystrokes, the keys can also be set to automatically enter data such as a frequently used department number or in/out status.

Handpunch 2000 Communication Options
The HandPunch 2000 timeclock / access control device connects quickly to the time and attendance PC via a provided 50-foot RS-232 communications cable. An optional dial-up high speed modem is available for remote  sites.
